Adhesive Backed Nylon Wire and Cable Clips

NPA stocks a comprehensive range of Adhesive Backed Nylon Wire and Cable Clips, which are used to route wires and cables. The range includes Contour Clips, Double and Single Press Clips, Wire Saddles, Ladder Style Cable Clamps and "EZ" Twist Lock Supports.
The parts are backed with polyethylene foam tape which has excellent conformability, high temperature and solvent resistance and high ultimate bond strength. Some parts feature a releasable clip so wires can be removed after assembly if desired.
These clips are designed to be used in areas where space is limited or in corners or edges. With no holes to drill or screws to turn, these Nylon clips provide a low in-place assembly that is quick and permanent.
NPA also has available a range of Adhesive Backed Wire and Cable Clips in PVC material as an option when cost is paramount. |

Designed for a mounting hole diameter range of .500" (12,7 mm) to 1.093" (27,8 mm) and panel thicknesses from .062" (1, 6 mm) to .125" (3, 2 mm), the bushings eliminate sharp through-hole edges to protect wires and can also be used as bushings for rotating shafts.
The bushings are manufactured from 6/6 nylon in standard black color (consult Heyco for white and other colors), insert into mounting holes with fingertip pressure, feature a large radius exit hole, and have an extra internal insulating sleeve that creates a smooth bore and prevents locking fingers from protruding into the ID of the bushing. They also have a flammability rating of 94V-2, are recognized under the Component Program of Underwriters' Laboratories File E15331, and are certified by the Canadian Standards Association File 8919.

Self-Retaining Mounting Spacers for T-1 LED's
|
|
Expanding on their already successful universal and self-aligning LED mounts, Keystone Electronics now has available a unique new series of cost saving, self-retaining LED mounting spacers for T-1 LED's.
Engineered to reduce assembly cost and assure consistently uniform and perpendicular LED mounting. Keystone's new line of T-1 LED mounts are designed with internal retaining teeth to hold and secure the LED leads onto the spacer prior to assembly onto the PCB. No special tools are necessary to pre-assemble LED to spacer. This design also eliminates the possibility of shorting the LED leads by separating and retaining component leads, while inserting into PCB.
These spacers are molded from Nylon 6/6 material in heights from 0.120" to 0.925" (3.04mm to 23.49mm). 0.020" (0.5mm) legs lift the mount off the PCB to serve the dual purpose of heat dissipation and post solder clean-up.
