ACCOUNT SETUP

Before you can purchase products from this site you will first need register as a customer so that our system can identify you. Click on the ‘My Account’ icon in the top right-hand corner of the Home Page. Click on the option to ‘Register’ and fill in your details. Once registered and logged in you will be able to purchase products using the shopping cart.

If you wish to establish a credit account with us, then the best thing to do is to first download and complete our Credit Application Form, then contact us on +61 8 8268 2733 or by email for assistance. One of our sales staff will be delighted to set up your account and guide you through the process.

FINDING THE RIGHT PRODUCTS

To find products you can browse and search this site. Our search facility at the top of the Home Page should make it easy for you to find the product you need. If you are experiencing trouble finding the products you need, we recommend that you take advantage of our staffs’ expert knowledge and enlist their help to find the best products matching the unique needs of your application.

PRICES CAN VARY

Not seeing any prices? Prices for products are displayed in the ordering system after you log in. You must first register as a customer to see our retail prices. Most parts also have a volume discount price, and these prices can be viewed by account customers. Please contact our sales team on +61 8 8268 2733 or by email to enquire about volume pricing for the parts that you need and to set up your full account.

DELIVERY

Products are dispatched on the same day if the order is placed before midday. We use StarTrack for most deliveries within Australia.

ORDERING

To order products you first need to log in using the username and password provided by NPA when your account was created.

If you already know the part numbers, then the Quick Order Facility is the fastest and simplest way to place an order.

To browse products, check stock levels etc, please use our search facility at the top of the Home Page. From here you can "Add to Cart" and proceed to checkout when you are ready to finalise the order.

When finalising the order in the checkout process you need to select the delivery method and provide an order number. The order number can be anything you like, so long as it is unique and not empty.

ARE PARTS AVAILABLE IN OTHER COLOURS ?

Standard colours are black and natural, other colours are available but minimum order quantities will apply.

CAN I HAVE EXISTING PARTS ALTERED TO SUIT MY APPLICATION?

Parts can sometimes be modified or made to order ( M2O ), however minimum order quantities and / or engineering charges may apply. Please let us know your requirements and we will provide a quotation.

ARE OTHER MATERIALS AVAILABLE TO MANUFACTURE PARTS IN ?

Yes, most parts can be manufactured in other materials including acetal, polyethylene, polypropylene and celonese. Please allow us to provide a quotation.

CAN I HAVE SAMPLES TO EVALUATE ?
